大會將於2009年10月23日(星期五) 及10月31日(星期六) 舉行兩個內容相同的簡報會，敬希各隊依時出席。
(參加者可選擇出席一個或兩個簡報會)

Two identical briefings will be held on 23 October 2009 (Friday) & 31 October 2009 (Saturday), participating teams are invited to attend. (Participants can either choose to attend one session or both)

本隊將出席2009年10月23日(星期五)晚上七時三十分的簡報會。

簡報會當日將進行隊伍分組時間抽籤及比賽場地考察，如未能派代表出席之隊伍，本會將代為安排抽籤。
Teams would be invited for the drawing of “Heat” and site visit during the briefing session. If your team cannot attend both briefing session, we would draw on behalf of your team.

為使參賽隊伍更了解遊戲規則及投入比賽，建議各隊派至少一名隊員出席此簡報會。
To add more interest to the game, we strongly recommend that at least one member of your team to attend the briefing session.
